According to a report filed by Kumasi-based Nhyira FM, Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of Razak Kasim.
The Phobians are keen to bolster their defensive midfield options and have identified Kasim as the key player for the role.
The 30-year-old defensive midfielder is currently a free agent after leaving Great Olympics at the end of the season.
He was on the rather of Asante Kotoko but finally settled with the Hearts of Oak after weeks of negotiations.
Kasim featured in 30 games for Olympics in the 2023/24 season, despite suffering relegation with the side.
He becomes the third signing for the Phobians following the acquisition of Nations FC duo, Asamoah Boateng Afriyie and Michael Mensah Awuah ahead of the new campaign.
