Hungarian League champions, Ferencvaros has announced the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Isaac Pappoe from Israel side FC Ashdod in an undisclosed fee.
The Ghanaian youngster penned a deal that will see him play at the Ferencváros Stadion in the 2024/2025 football season.
Announcing the arrival of the 20year old, Sporting Director of the club, Tamais Hajnal described Pappoe as a very talented football with loads of potentials.
"Isaac Pappoe is a complex midfielder who excels in both defensive and offensive phases," Hajnal said. "Despite his young age, he shows a mature game, impressing us with his physical attributes, speed, and ability in possession. He has a winning mentality, and we hope he'll showcase his talent to our fans soon."
Pappoe, who joined FC Ashdod in 2022 from Ghana, spent last season on loan at FC Aarau in Switzerland, making 28 league appearances, scoring two goals and providing five assists.
