Tanzanian giant, Simba Sporting Club has agreed to sign Ugandan forward Steven Mukwala Dese from Ghana Premier League giant, Asante Kotoko, AfricanSportsNews.com can exclusively confirm.
According to close sources in Tanzania, Simba SC is in the final stages of completing the signing of the Ugandan who is set to leave the Kumasi based side after contract expiration.
Mukwala will arrive in Dar Es Salaam to complete his signing with Simba SC after completing his duties with the Ugandan national team in few days time before flying back to Ghana to complete the season with Kotoko.
The former Tanzania NBC league champions are reportedly preparing a deal of around $250,000 to acquire the former Vipers FC striker from the Ghanaian powerhouses. Steven Dese Mukwala has performed admirably for Asante Kotoko after joining the team on a free transfer after leaving Ugandan team URA FC.
Mukwala has scored 14league goals for Asante Kotoko in the ongoing Ghana premier league season.
